TLT moved into one of the UK’s most sustainable office buildings, Eden, and commissioned Interaction to design a workspace that aligned with their ways of working. TLT wanted their 20,000 sq ft office to be ultra-sustainable, collaborative and focus on employee wellbeing.
True to their sustainability credentials and the firm’s plans to reduce carbon emissions and to be net-zero by 2040, the office furniture and materials used in the fit out were either recycled, refurbished or reused. The Busypods, provided by Workagile, were selected for their 100% recycled felt panels but also for their soundproofing and ability to provide flexible private spaces. A combination of different pod sizes was installed to suit different needs and fitted seamlessly in with their aesthetic.
There is a real sense of unity across their seven UK offices and Interaction have created numerous spaces that are designed to bring people together. With clever zoning configurations, each space offers multiple communal areas and has been a huge success.

Why Workagile Acoustic Pods?
Workagile partnered closely with Interaction to ensure a professional but suitable acoustic pod solution was specified across the TLT Eden workspace. The Real Oak veneer timber effect contrasting the Black exterior & ironmongery compliments the overall design aesthetic Interaction were creating for TLT.
A key consideration is the acoustic performance – Workagiles BUSYPOD solution achieves the highest acoustic performance of all Acoustic Pods (34Db on ISO23351:1-2020) which enables a high level of privacy and overall performance across all the freestanding acoustic pods.
