Pi SQ was appointed as FF&E consultants for a pioneering project commissioned by Coventry City Council. The Job Shop was envisioned by Councillor George Duggins, Leader of Coventry City Council, and launched in March 2012 as part of the Council’s Jobs Strategy to help local residents find work.
The Job Shop, with over 150 daily visitors, is a key part of Coventry City Council’s Employment, Skills, and Adult Education services. Equipped with 19 digital screens and a multilingual sign-in system, it supports over 200 local businesses and serves as a hub for education, employment, and training opportunities.
Workagile was delighted to be chosen by Pi SQ to collaborate on the project, selecting some of our exciting products to enhance productivity and flexibility in the space.
Why Workagile?
Our Busypod’s, are revolutionising the modern office environment by integrating cutting-edge solutions for guaranteed speech privacy and collaborative spaces. These acoustic pods are designed to enhance focus and confidentiality, addressing the growing need for privacy in open-plan workspaces. Busypods offers individuals a quiet space for private calls or focused work, blocking out background noise and ensuring clear, undisturbed conversations. The engineered real oak veneer finish enhances the aesthetic, adding a warm look and feel, incorporating a sense of nature while seamlessly blending with the modern workspace. It offers comfortable seating and an ideal acoustic environment, fostering creativity and collaboration. Perfect for small meetings, brainstorming sessions, or informal discussions, providing a much-needed alternative to noisy, congested areas.
The Shack, on the other hand, provides a flexible environment for collaboration, informal meetings, and interactions, creating separate zones and can be easily moved around for flexibility and versatility.
