Warwick Estates: Productive Workspace with MiiBox Acoustic Pods

Client: Warwick Estates
Design & Specification: Ralph & Smith

Warwick Estates, a property management company in Essex, sought to refresh their office environment to better support productivity, flexibility, and employee wellbeing. The project was led by Ralph + Smith, who designed a modern, adaptable workspace that reflected the company’s brand refresh while making the most of the building’s architectural features, including elevated ceilings and full-height windows that fill the space with natural light. As part of the wider workplace solution, Workagile supplied MiiBox acoustic pods, providing private spaces for focused work and small meetings, seamlessly complementing the design and supporting the evolving needs of the business.

The Design

Ralph + Smith’s design created a balanced environment that encourages collaboration while accommodating focused work. Open-plan zones promote interaction and knowledge sharing, while private meeting spaces and quiet areas give employees flexibility in how and where they work.

Supporting Focus and Privacy: MiiBox Acoustic Pods

Workagile supplied MiiBox 4 Person meeting pods to provide dedicated spaces for private conversations and focused work. Designed to be flexible and enclosed, MiiBox integrates seamlessly into the office layout while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic. The Lux Oak Slat finish was carefully selected to complement the office’s panelled walls, supporting the overall design vision while enhancing employee focus and wellbeing.

Delivering an Inspiring and Cohesive Workplace

Workagile are proud to have been selected to supply acoustic pods for this project, supporting Warwick Estates’ vision of a modern, adaptable workplace with private, quiet spaces for focused work and meetings. Contemporary finishes and brand-aligned aesthetics help the overall office environment feel professional, welcoming, and in line with Warwick Estates’ forward-thinking ethos. We look forward to working with Ralph + Smith on future projects.
