Workagile are proud to have partnered with Ralph & Smith to help deliver a transformative workplace for the client, Warwick Estates. Based in Essex, Warwick Estates are a Property Management company who sought to rejuvenate their working environment. Intending to increase productivity, flexibility and employee well-being, we supported Ralph & Smith in providing a dynamic, collaborative and future focused atmosphere with the incorporation of our MiiBox acoustic pods.
The Design:
With a full and specific brief, the client targeted a space with innovation and modernity, which complemented not only their wider brand refresh, but also the buildings characteristics of elevated ceilings and full height windows. These architectural elements encapsulated the space with natural light and beauty, allowing room to experiment with furniture selection and placement.
Key elements of the design included:
- Open-plan collaboration zones that encourage interaction and knowledge sharing while maintaining acoustic balance for focused work.
- Flexible meeting and private spaces with integrated technology, supporting both in-person and hybrid meetings.
- Dedicated quiet zones and breakout areas to offer choice and autonomy in how staff work throughout the day.
- Contemporary finishes and brand-aligned aesthetics that communicate Warwick Estates’ identity while fostering a professional and inviting atmosphere.
The Solution: MiiBox Acoustic Pods
Our MiiBox 4 Person meeting pods were the natural development to this design – our acoustic pods are made to support confidential conversations, private meetings and deep focus sessions. The perfect addition to this workplace design, fulfilling their aim of dedicated quiet areas with flexible and private spaces. The clean, modern aesthetic also held great importance within this project, where contemporary design was a key desire. Opting for our Lux Oak Slat exterior walls allowed the pieces to blend seamlessly with the panelled walls of the office, curating a purposeful cohesion of style.
